International Affairs Commissioner’s Report

Good evening,

This week has been a busy one.  On Monday, I met with I.S.U and we planned for some of the upcoming events that will be held during the International Street Fair.  On Tuesday I finished writing my cover letter for the Baker Catering resolution that was passed on the last week of Winter Quarter.  I am eager to hear the responses from those individuals who received copies of the resolution and eager to see where we go from here.

During the last week of Winter Quarter, Dr. Smith called me and informed me that the president’s cabinet approved that Ohio University will be joining the Worker’s Rights Consortium this Spring Quarter.  I have a meeting planned with Dr. Smith for this upcoming Monday, to discuss and formulate the code of conduct needed by Ohio University to join the W.R.C.
