Hello OU, This week has been utilized to wrap up certain projects which we have been working on for the past year. As a final initiative, each OCL senator is collecting raw data on street maintenance which will be handed over to the city sometime next week. This report will contain recommendations for street renovation and cleanup around the city of Athens, particularly pertaining to roads in close proximity to campus. Hopefully, the city will use the final report for its annual restructuring, as they did last year with Stewart Street. It seems as if the Mill Street corridor, as well as some roads close to Ping could use revamping. I look forward to seeing how they look next fall. I am looking for individuals who will be here this summer to help out with the Halloween committee that’s slowly, but surely, coming together. If anybody is going to be in Athens and could commit about 2 hours every other week to meetings and implementation, please talk to me after the meeting. This is extremely important and even though unfortunately most planning will be done over the summer, student voice must be heard at every level of this process. Until Next Time, Tim Vonville
